TICKETS All tickets must be purchased before travelling. Passengers may be able to obtain tickets on the day of travel, but this is not guaranteed. Tickets can be purchased from the Company Head Office in Clayton or any Mayne Agent. Tickets may be purchased by credit or Debit card at Mayne Booking Office only.

RETURN TIMES Return times from most destinations are shown in the main body of the programme. Some excursions are tours and stop at various places. These are shown as 'Tour' and usually arrive back mid evening (generally between 8 and 9pm).

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS All excursions advertised in this brochure are "Book to Plan". Seats are specifically allocated at the time of booking, but the company reserve the right to alter these, should operational requirements make it necessary. Please note that only those passengers who board at the SAME PLACE on the SAME TICKET can be certain of travelling on the same coach. For your extra comfort and safety Mayne Coaches are fitted with seat belts and it is in passengers interest to use them at all times.

SMOKING All Mayne coach excursions are designated 'NO SMOKING'. Clients who are smokers are requested not to smoke until the coach makes a comfort stop and they have alighted from the vehicle. Smoking can cause serious discomfort to other passengers and we ask for your co-operation in this matter.

CHILD PLACES Children under 3 years of age travel free but seats are not provided for them. Children aged 3 years to 16 years qualify for child fare as published in this programme when accompanied by an adult. N.B. Alton Towers child fare applies to under 14's only. Where marked N/A it means Not Available and the adult fare is payable.

SENIOR CITIZENS On many excursions Senior Citizens may travel at the same fare as children. Where this is marked N/A it means Not Available and the normal adult fare is payable.

FEEDER SERVICE All excursions start and finish at Mayne Coach Station. However the Company operate a Free Courtesy Feeder service from various pick-up points morning and night, for the convenience of passengers. Any delays are regretted but passengers are reminded that this is a Free Courtesy Service.

ADMISSION CHARGES All admission charges are extra unless stated otherwise in this leaflet.

'SPECIAL EVENT' EXCURSIONS Special Event excursions are advertised in good faith and dates are checked prior to publication of this leaflet. However the Company cannot be held responsible if organisers alter dates, or advertised attractions do not appear.

DOGS Dogs will not be carried unless accompanying a blind person.

MAYNE DAY TOURS For your additional enjoyment the use of motorways is kept to a minimum. The Company will make every effort to maintain the trips advertised in this leaflet but reserve the right to alter, suspend or withdraw same without notice. The Company also reserve the right to cancel any excursion due to insufficient numbers.
